Terms of Service

Saved By The Plan is a product and service of OLYV LLC. OLYV LLC is the legal seller; Saved By The Plan is not a separate legal entity.

Service

Saved By The Plan creates a teacher planning aid from the curriculum material you choose to submit. It is not legal, copyright, special-education, curriculum-publisher, or professional educational advice. You must review every output and use your own professional judgment before using it with students.

Your material and responsibility

You are responsible for every page, image, document, or other material you submit. By using the service, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, authority, or legal basis needed to submit and use that material. Do not upload student personal information, unlawful content, or material you are not permitted to use.

The service does not grant permission to copy, distribute, adapt, or otherwise use publisher, school, or third-party material. You remain responsible for copyright, license, school/district policy, privacy, and all other requirements that apply to your use of the material and the resulting plan.

Subscription, credits, and cancellation

The public launch subscription is $9.99 USD per month, charged in advance through Stripe. It includes up to 20 completed lesson plans per billing month and up to 9 curriculum pages/images per lesson request. There is no public free trial and unused credits do not roll over.

A credit is used only when a completed plan is successfully shown in your active session. A new completed re-submission uses another credit. If no completed plan is shown because a request fails, no credit is used. The service does not provide a plan library, saved curriculum repository, or history of completed plans.

You may cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. If a renewal payment fails, new lesson creation stops until payment is restored. OLYV LLC does not promise automatic refunds; requests are reviewed individually where required by law or appropriate.

Billing and availability

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details under its own terms. Saved By The Plan does not store raw card data. At launch, the service requires a genuine U.S. billing country. Applicable tax may be calculated and collected through Stripe. The service may temporarily pause new costly work when safe capacity is unavailable; it will not intentionally accept new paid subscriptions while it cannot responsibly provide the included service.

Acceptable use and service limits

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, payment, credit, page, rate, or security limits; interfere with the service; use it unlawfully; or submit harmful, abusive, or infringing material. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, OLYV LLC, or others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected billing period.
