Information used to provide the service
We use your email address for passwordless sign-in, account/entitlement information, the current Terms and Privacy Notice acceptance version and time, and limited technical/security information needed to operate the service. Stripe processes payments; we receive limited customer, subscription, billing-country, payment, tax, refund, fee, and payout status information rather than raw card numbers.
Curriculum and lesson processing
Curriculum you submit is processed to create the requested lesson plan. The service sends necessary material to its AI-processing provider and temporarily holds image evidence only while the current short verification process is active; terminal paths are designed to delete that temporary evidence. A recoverable processing record may retain submitted text and extracted evidence for up to 27 hours, after which it is deleted. Provider-side processing and retention may also apply under that provider's terms and configuration.
Saved By The Plan does not offer a customer-accessible plan library, saved curriculum repository, or finished-plan history. The owner portal is designed not to show your curriculum, images, extracted evidence, or finished plan content. Please download or print a completed plan during your active session.
Content-free operational records
To operate safely, we keep content-free records such as request IDs, timestamps, account IDs, page counts, completion/failure state, duration, estimated service cost, billing/credit status, and error category. These records are used for fraud prevention, capacity protection, support, and business reporting. They are not a copy of your curriculum or lesson plan.
Sharing and security
We share information only with service providers needed to run the service, including Stripe for billing, our transactional email provider for sign-in links, hosting/security providers, and the AI-processing provider. We do not sell curriculum or lesson-plan content. We use passwordless sessions, server-side entitlement checks, signed payment webhooks, and restricted owner access to protect the service, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and contact
Do not submit student personal information unless your school or district has approved that use. For questions, correction/deletion requests about account information, or privacy concerns, email support@savedbytheplan.com from the account email address. Legal retention, payment, security, and fraud-prevention obligations may limit what can be deleted immediately.
